Honeysuckle Gelato began in 2011 as the passion project of three friends, Jackson Smith, Wes Jones, and Khatera Ballard, with a simple mission to “Be Sweet.” Serving up scoops, pints, gelato sandwiches, and milkshakes in flavors inspired by its Southern roots, Honeysuckle Gelato offers flavors such as Brown Butter Crunch, Lemon Raspberry Crumble, and Bourbon Pecan Praline. Beyond the flavors, Honeysuckle Gelato continues to “Be Sweet” by proudly partnering with the Atlanta Community Food Bank to donate 5 percent of company-wide profits to the foundation.

Gelato Basics

Beat the Southern summer heat with Jackson Smith one of the founders of Atlanta’s Honeysuckle Gelato. With his help, master two basic gelato flavors. Using popsicle molds, you will layer your work with caramel, freeze it, and dip it into a decadent chocolate shell.
