Cocktail & Sons is a line of all-natural handcrafted cocktail syrups for the home and commercial bar, built by bartenders with Louisiana produce and sugarcane. Founded in 2015 by husband and wife team Max Messier and Lauren Myerscough, they utilize their twenty-two years of collective bartending experience to make these complex syrups for simple drinks.

With a little help from Max Messier and Lauren Myerscough, founders of the New Orleans–based mixer company Cocktail & Sons, guests can hone their skills with a cocktail shaker. The pair will break down the basics of blending custom simple syrups. Then, they’ll demonstrate using the syrups in single servings of classic cocktails such as the old-fashioned and the Tom Collins as well as how to scale up to punches when hosting a crowd.
