CHRIS HASTINGS, HOT & HOT FISH CLUB
Chris Hastings hosts an intimate culinary experience with a special dinner menu featuring some of Hastings' favorite game meats and local items harvested from the area.
To those that have never foraged before, it can seem like an overwhelming experience. The trick is to make sure you have an expert to help you in the process. Join Chris Hastings, Chris Bennett, and Jay Walea, Palmetto Bluff Conservancy Director, for a unique outing to learn the ins-and-outs of how to forage wild edibles—with people who know the area, the land, and the difference between safe and not safe. Afterwards, dig into a field lunch deep in the woods of Palmetto Bluff—a revered tradition at the Bluff.
